I like to consider myself a Southern Belle. I love the traditions associated with the South. The South is famous for "Southern Hospitality." Not only are Southerners known for their gracious hospitality but also for their good manners, generosity, and laid back attitude. You seldom enter a Southern home without being invited to spend the night and having a delicious meal prepared for you. Additionally, can anyone actually deny that they love a Southern drawl?
Another wonderful thing about the South is the fashion. I love the ladylike dresses, the hats, the seersucker, and men who dress like gentlemen.

I love this post! And I get to move more south this year to college! So excited to live there :)

ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. I am from the South (relocated to Cali) and I miss the sound of cicadas at night and the Spanish moss hanging off the tress (like in that picture above). *sigh*
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
