I am still disappointed that due to icy roads me and Jessica missed seeing "The Nutcracker" last weekend. This weekend is the last chance my entire family will have to get together before Christmas Eve. I plan on finishing the last of my Christmas shopping, wrapping presents, listening to Christmas music, having a great family dinner, and getting a jump start on baking treats to give family members and friends. Giving homemade treats is one of my favorite things to share over the holidays. What are your weekend plans?

Beautiful image! What a shame you missed The Nutcracker. I have a few gifts to buy and we will be decorating the tree - a busy time.
ReplyDeleteI am supposed to go to brunch with some fellow bloggers on Sunday. But it will depend on the weather.

The weather has been crazy. We're expecting lots of rain here, but my aunt lives up north and has been inundated with snow. Sounds like a great weekend! I have some chores to do and reading to catch up on.

The nutcracker is a staple! I worked this entire weekend but have Tues-Thursday off. I'm thinking the festival of lights at the zoo and ice skating at fountain square, then seeing Frozen. Happy weekend!
