What are your plans for New Year's Eve? I am almost embarrassed to admit that in the last few years I have been in my bed sleeping away by the time the ball dropped. I have a wonderful friend who purchased this
dress to wear to a party on New Year's Eve and it looks amazing in person. If I had plans to go out and ring in the new year I would definitely want a sparkly number like
