Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies are a classic. And these are likely the easiest cookies you will ever make. Plus, with just 3 ingrediets we bet you can make these tomorrow from things you already have at home. You can add a little chocolate to the cookies by mixing in some chocolate chips or putting a Hershey Kiss on top after you remove them from the oven.

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all 3 ingredients together in a bowl. 3. Place 1 inch balls on an ungreased cookie sheet. I used a small cookie scooper. 4. Use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern, dipping the fork into sugar before using it on each cookie.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. This recipe should make about 25 cookies. We like these cookies best with a Hershey Kiss on top. So wonderful a few minutes from the oven when the Kiss is melted.
