It seems I have been super busy lately, so I have been looking for easy, quick recipes for dinner. Salads are great for dinner since they provide a lot of nutrition with little prep work. It is an easy way to have good sources of protein (I substitute vegetarian friendly products for meat), some dairy, and lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. The Family Kitchen has a recipe for the Cobb Salad pictured above as well as 19 other delicious salad ideas.
Mmm, that looks yummy and healthy.
ReplyDeleteI definitely prefer salad over greasy burgers for dinner. Not only are they easy to prepare but they'll keep me in good shape and looking healthy.
