National Friendship Day

Yesterday was National Friendship Day! I hope everyone had a good day and hopefully you spent some time with some great friends. Maybe you just hung out and did nothing much or maybe you had an action packed day? Here we basically just hung out.
National Friendship Day is the first Sunday in August every year. The tradition of honoring your friends on Friendship Day began in the US back in 1935. Today Friendship Day is celebrated in a number of countries around the world.
I found this cute Recipe for Friendship online somewhere:
Ingredients
2 cups of patience
1 heart full of love
2 handful of generosity
2 cups of loyalty
1 cup of understanding
A dash of laughter
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle generously over a lifetime and serve everyone you meet.
Can you think of anything you would add to the recipe??

  3. ps-I think forgiveness could be added in there too somewhere - but maybe understanding comes close to it.
