All Dolled Up

I think Russian Dolls, or Matryoshka Russian Nesting Dolls, are so cute. I love all of the different styles and designs that you can get these dolls in and it is so convenient that you can minimize the space they take up by stacking them inside one another.

I think it is adorable to arrange them in order from smallest to largest like these are:

or maybe you would rather display several different designs together in a group like these:

I love the idea that they do not even have to look like people too. This next set is animals. Aren't they adorable?

I have a set like these. They are functional because they are measuring cups. I hate how I am always trying to find a certain measuring cup but it is so difficult. Now they are stacked inside one another in an adorable way!

What's your opinion on Russian Dolls? Do you have any?

  2. Wow, I do love the last picture, just plain white. I know that traditionally there are designs on them, but I do love the simplistic look of the white ones. :) real cute. I would definitly buy a few to design in my room.

  7. My god so many dolls! I used to collect them when I was young I have a set somewhere in my mums loft I think, they are gorgeous although they have the capacity to look very creepy at times too but maybe that's me getting affected by studying too many horror plays about dolls coming to life in Drama back at Sixth form ha-ha
