Post Crossing

At the end of June I joined a website called Post Crossing. For those of you who do not know, Post Crossing is a website where you set up a profile and you will be given addresses around the world to send post cards too. It averages out that you will send about the same amount of post cards that you will receive. I love getting things in the mail and I am always delighted to see a post card in the mail. Being from Kentucky I try to have most of the post cards I send show Kentucky places, animals, flowers, and things. In my Post Crossing profile I asked for post cards that show where the sender is from.
This website is free to join. You only pay to send your post cards. For some one like me who would love to travel around the world but can't at this point in my life, this website is a great way to learn about the places I would love to see. Above is a photo of the postcards I have received so far (around 20) and a couple of my favorite post cards. I highly recommend joining this website to everyone who enjoys sending and receiving mail and for those who like getting things from other countries. Would any of you like to swap postcards? I would even love post cards from other states in the US. If so, let me know in a comment and I will message you so that we can swap addresses.

  2. I used to love using Post Crossing but the prices are now stupidly expensive (I used to be able to send a postcard overseas for less than it now costs to post within in the UK) so I've had to give up. I miss it I have to say I used to love wondering what the next card through my letterbox would look like.
