Hooded Jersey Top / Jersey Tank (pretty in pink) / Sports Bra / Yoga Mat / Watch (love this!) / Track Pants / Water Bottle (a gym essential) / Sunglasses / Earbuds / Jawbone / Hair Ties / Nike Sneakers

I wish I was one of those girls who likes working out but I do not think that is ever going to happen. I am not an athletic girl and I have long accepted the fact that I am never going to be. I do know that working out is important so I am always trying to make it a routine for me. Having pretty workout clothes like this pink tank top I find to be a huge help. Do you workout regularly? Do you have any tips for someone who hates the gym?

  1. I'm with you! I'll never be someone who likes to work out, I'm happy enough if it becomes a part of my routine. Having nice workout clothes, crazily enough, makes it a lot more fun :)

  2. I started working out again this month, finally pull the trigger on that gym membership!
    I think that if you set a goal and find somebody to go with you, it's easier to go to the gym regularly :)

  4. trick is to find something you love to do whether it is in or out of the gym. the gym can be intimidating, and working out doesn't have to happen there. for example, if you love nature, start with nature walks and work your way towards hikes, etc. or even riding a bicycle at the park, or adding 10 minutes of free weights at home :)

    i used to live at the gym in my younger days, but rather be outdoors now. running is now my everyday workouts.
