What I'm Looking Forward too...

This upcoming month I have a lot of things to look forward too. The first weekend in March, I will be going to Cincinnati, Ohio for the weekend. I hope I have time to have fun and relax. Then the following weekend, I have been planning a girls day with my sister and best friends. We have completely figure out what all we will do that day. Maybe the movies or facials? We will definitely have a lot of laughs, good conversation, and delicious food.

Then in the middle of the month I am looking forward to St. Patrick's Day. Why? Green is my favorite color and on St. Patrick's Day everyone is supposed to wear green. Do you have a green item or outfit planned for the day? Then at the end of the month I will get a much needed and deserved break from work. Spring Break for our school will have arrived and I plan to enjoy every minute of it. I have some craft projects that I am going to work on, some recipes picked out to try, and hopefully some fun with friends. What are you looking forward to this month?

What I'm Looking Forward Too...

It's New Year's Eve! Tonight when the clock strikes midnight we will all have begun a new year. For 2013 there are a lot of things that I am looking forward too and a lot of goals that I have set for myself. But for now let's just focus on January. Other than celebrating the new year I am looking forward to a lot of things in January. Most of which involve snow, so I hope we at least get a few snow days.
Looking Forward too.

I am a teacher and let me tell you the kids aren't the only ones praying for a snow day. I'm not asking for a lot. We didn't have any before Christmas Break, so all I want are a few snow days not weeks upon weeks of them. On those snow days I would love to have snow ball fights, where I will dress warm when I go out in beautiful winter layers. I love snowy landscapes during the winter, so I need a few snow days that way I can see some right? Then I can come back inside to enjoy a nice wintery drink like hot apple cider or hot chocolate. After which I will cozy up by the fire place to get warm and read a good book. Sounds like the perfect January days right? What are you looking forward to in the upcoming month and year?

What I'm Looking Forward To

December finally arrived! This month I am looking forward to so many things! I bet all of you also have a ton of things to look forward too this month with the holidays and all.
December

This upcoming week will be a short work week for me, because I am taking off on Friday morning to go to the eye doctor and to go shopping. Tracy and I will be spending the night in Lexington at the Double Tree. Why you ask? The next day we are going to see a production of The Nutcracker ballet.
I am also looking forward to my Christmas Vacation! My Last day of work this month is Dec. 19th. Over Christmas Break I plan to enjoy the holidays by spending time doing all of the things that I love and baking sweet treats for my relatives and friends to get them more into the holiday spirit. We will be baking lots of delicious treats and cookies. On Christmas Eve, we will be going to our Grandmas house for our family Christmas gift exchange with all of our aunts, uncles, and cousins. Then we will come home and bake cookies for Santa. It is family tradition to bake and decorate cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. Then on Christmas, we will wake up to open presents! Later in the day we go back to Grandmas for a Christmas lunch!
What are you looking forward too the most this December?

What I'm Looking Forward too...

October is an exciting month! This weekend I will going to see the University of Kentucky's production of The Phantom of the Opera. I can't wait! Fall is here now and already the leaves are changing and cooler temperatures present the perfect opportunity to wear cute sweaters and cardigans. We will be carving jack-o-lanterns soon, what should my design be this year? And on Halloween night all of the kids will be out in their cute costumes! I love to give out candy to them with my sister. What are you looking forward too this month?
