Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Add a tablespoon of white chocolate chips into each cup. Melt the chips in the oven for about 5 minutes, keeping a close eye on it. Chocolate burns easily. With a spoon smooth the top the chips while they are still warm.
