A stylish tote for the office is an essential for me. Since I am always running around between the office, court, and meetings I need a handbag big enough to carry all of my things but it also has to look chic and work appropriate. A great work tote is worth an investment because you will get so much use out of it. This beautiful Saint Laurent tote is currently at the top of my wish list.

Stylish For Less: Straw Totes Under $50

One item that I consider an essential for summer is a straw tote. It is great for holding everything on summer days spent on the go, for the farmer's market, and for the beach. A straw is one of the first things I pack whenever I am headed to the beach. There are plenty great options out there under $50 like this color block tote that is currently on sale and this fun tote embellished with pom poms that happens to be my favorite.

It is also a great idea to have a few zip lock bags to place your sunscreen in, to protect items like your iPod, and for placing items such as a wet swimsuit.
