Caramel Apple Salad

I love this treat when I'm eating healthy but still want something sweet. This dessert is simple to make and it is a crowd pleaser as well. It makes about 8 cups, provides some healthy servings of fruit, and makes a great snack. I love having it as part of a healthy lunch.

Ingredients 4 Large Granny Smith Apples
Small Box of Fat Free Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding
Container of Fat Free Cool Whip
Can of Crushed Pineapples in its own Juice

Directions

1. In a large container with a lid mix the pudding mix with the pineapples. 2. Clean the apples. Core and chop them into bite size pieces. As you chop them mix them into the pinapple mixture. The acid from the pineapples keeps the apples fresh looking. 4. After all of the apples are mixed in add the cool whip and mix well. Refridgerate for several hours. Then enjoy!

You will be surprised how many people will be asking how to make this wonderful treat.
