Ingredients:
 1 Pound Rigatoni
 1 Pound Rigatoni2 Cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
Pasta Sauce
Directions:
1. Grate the Parmesan cheese.
 2.  Cook rigatoni in salted water.  Cook pasta a little less than you usually like because it will continue to cook a little while in the oven.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes covered with aluminum.  Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
