What to Wear: Easter

Easter is this upcoming weekend. My two looks for the week are examples of what you could wear this weekend for Easter. As a kid, every year before Easter mom and dad would buy us all a new dress and shoes for to wear on Easter. My favorite part of Easter wasn't the dress or the Easter basket of candy. My favorite thing was the Easter egg hunt. It was torture waiting for dad to go our and hide the eggs. Then my sisters and I had a blast looking for them. We always competed against each other to see who would find the most Easter eggs. Most were pretty easy to find but their were always a couple that were kind of difficult to find.

What to Wear Easter

Marc Jacobs Daisy - Color Blocked Clutch - Metallic Flats - Mint Belle Dress - Translucent Stone Bracelet - Julep Penelope Nail Polish - Pink Lip Stick

What to Wear Easter 2

Bright Yellow Dress - Floral Scarf - Julep Emilie Nail Polish - Color Mix Bracelet - Color Collage Earrings - Peony Chubby Stick - Floral Flats

For me Easter looks could go one of two ways. Either you have a soft, delicate pastel look or a vibrant, bright look. Which do you prefer? Are you planning a special Easter look?

  1. We don't have this tradition of egg hunting here in Italy. I found out about this habit in an episode of Winnie the Pooh :-)) the first outfit is super, I soooo love the clutch!

We never really celebrated Easter when I was a child, beyond getting chocolate eggs off family - it was never really a big deal!
