I have done surprisingly little shopping in the last few months but I am finding it harder to resist this week. There are so many sales on summer items because stores are trying to make room for new fall arrivals. Also, Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale ends today and there are a few items I would love to pick up. Have you picked up anything at the sale yet? Above are a few great items under $25. My favorites are these shorts, this awesome key chain, and this stripe cami.

When the warmer months hit, it is so nice to shade all of the layers that Winter made necessary. Shorts are an essential fashion item for Summer. They are cool, comfortable, and so much fun to wear. To spice things up a bit, you need a variety of shorts. Various colors, prints, and denim are a must for your Summer wardrobe. I'm a fan of floral prints- daisies, sunflowers, wildflower, etc. Of course you have to have a few good denim pairs in various shades. All of the shorts I'm sharing here are under $25. I love all of them and they are so affordable. What do you think?

I have several pairs of high end sunglasses and although I love them and think they are beautiful I seldom wear them. Sunglasses are just too easily lost or broken. When you lose them as often as I do you tend to stick to inexpensive sunnies on a daily basis. The sunnies pictured above are all under $25 and still very stylish. I just got this pair a few days ago and they look great. Are you as bad at misplacing your sunnies as I am?

From time to time we all refresh or update our wardrobes, especially as the seasons change. Fashion isn't the only thing that needs pieces to update it. All of these home items would be perfect touches to help you get ready for Spring. The best part is that each item costs less than $25! Unbelievable, right? I came across all of these items on the H&M website and fell in love. Previously, I hadn't really noticed their home decor section but I definitely have my eyes open from now on. On my next shopping trip to the mall, I will be dropping in on H&M and raiding the home decor section.

My sister and I, both, love to entertain family members and friends. We love to have parties and we also love to host brunch or lunch or book club, so that our closest family and friends can come over. We can share some delicious food with them that we have made and we can enjoy some great conversation. I would really love this tray to serve some food on. The floral pattern is so pretty and feminine. This cutting board would be the perfect place to display a cheese platter. What's your favorite item above?

After all the holiday shopping and spending we are all watching where our cash goes and trying to put a little more into savings. We shouldn't have to completely give up on buying something nice for ourselves though. This week the #stylishforless has beautiful items for $25 and under. I love each and every item in this collection. My favorite item would have to be this midi skirt. I was already a fan of the midi skirt, but this print in these colors just pops. If I owned this skirt, it would definitely be an item that I would want to wear all the time. Wouldn't you?

What a week this had been! I feel like I have barely had a break all week so now I am counting the minutes until Friday evening arrives. This week I have rounded up a few finds for the home that are under $25 dollars like this basket that is great for storage, this adorable tea towel, these coasters that would be great for entertaining, and these candle holders that would be beautiful for lighting outdoor dinners. I love sprucing up my home in the summer months. What about you?

Stylish For Less: 5 Under 25

Today's #stylishforless is 5 of my current favorite finds that are under $25. I am constantly in need of tees in my closet and this graphic tee is perfect for casual looks. I would pair it with skinny jeans or a skater skirt. Illamasqua has recently became on of my favorite nail polish brands. I usually choose colorful, bright shades but Creator with its shimmer would be a great alternative.
